GWorks Cancellation Policy

At GWorks, we strive to provide the best possible products and services to our customers and community. We understand that sometimes things change, and you may need to cancel your order. We have developed the following cancellation policy in accordance with our Terms and Conditions of Sale (Terms of Service). By placing an order with GWorks you acknowledge and agree that the charges specified are reasonable and proportionate to the goods / services being provided, and to the costs incurred / loss of business associated with cancellation of an Order.
Terms of Service
As specified in Clause 3(c) of our Terms of Service, the Customer will pay Gworks an amount equal to 50% of the Price within 7 days of Gworks' issuing an invoice (the Initial Fee).
In accordance with Clause 7(a) of our Terms of Service, the Customer may cancel an Order at any time by providing notice in writing to Gworks. Pursuant to Clause 7(b) of the Terms of Service, if an Order is cancelled, the Customer will pay to Gworks any cancellation fee payable under Gworks' cancellation policy as published from time to time.
For the purpose of Clause 7(b) of the Terms of Service, the following charges will apply in the circumstances described:
(a) Cancellation within 30 days of deposit being taken
If the Customer cancels the Order within 30 days from the date of the invoice, the Customer will be liable for a charge equal to 10% of the Initial Fee.
(b) Cancellation if goods have been, or have started being, manufactured If the Customer cancels the Order after the goods have been, or have started being, manufactured, the Customer will be liable for a charge equal to 50% of the Initial Fee as the materials have been purchased and manufacturing and labour costs have been incurred.
(c) Cancellation if goods have been powder-coated / assembled / ready for installation
1 If the Customer cancels the Order after the goods have been powder-coated and / or are ready for installation onto the Customer's vehicle, the Customer will be liable for a charge equal to 100% of the Initial Fee. This is because significant resources and preparation work have been invested by GWorks by this stage of the process.
The Customer acknowledges and agrees that such charges will be taken from the Initial Fee, and any residual amount will be refunded to the Customer to their nominated account. Refunds will be paid within 10 - 15 working days.
